Horses & Humans Wellbeing Day with Clinic Psychologist David Younger

A day aimed at connection, slowing down, and replenishing the
mind and body.

Friday the 25th of October from 9 am to 4 pm.

Spring has now sprung and with it we often experience a renewed sense
of aliveness and a want to be outdoors. So…if you are looking for an
approach to health and wellbeing with a difference, why not come along
and experience our Humans & Horses Wellbeing Day on Friday,
25 October 2024.
This is a day aimed at connection, slowing down, and replenishing the
mind and body. Held in the wonderful rolling hills of Arthurs Creek with a
small herd of Icelandic Horses and views of Strathewen and Kinglake, we
feel confident in saying that this is a day that will bring new experiences.
Combining horse connection activities, mindful meditations, small group
discussion, and nourishing foods, come and enjoy a holistic approach to
wellbeing.
Facilitated by Renska (a dedicated teacher who is passionate about
guiding horses and humans to build a deep relationship supportive of
growth) and David (a Clinical Psychologist with extensive therapeutic as
well as disaster recovery experience) you will be professionally and
supportively held with experiential meditations, mindfully informed
approaches, and small group discussion. If you want to learn how to bring
awareness, attunement and connection to self, this day is a must.

Enquires are welcome and places are limited to keep the group small. So,
if you would like to register or find out more, please don’t hesitate to
contact David or Renska
