A morning of grounding and reflection with horses.

Come and spend the day in a small group of people and horses.

We will meet our small herd of Icelandic horses and, through gentle physical and mindful exercises, we will bring awareness and connection to ourselves and the horses.
Nourishing foods provided. No horse experience necessary.
